How to Choose Your Session

Your body is always speaking. Every sensation, every breath pattern, every emotional tone is a clue about what you need right now. This menu is designed to help you listen to your felt state and choose the session that meets you exactly where you are.

Sound works because it meets the nervous system at the level of sensation, not thought. When you choose a session based on how you feel, the sound can support your system in the way it’s actually asking for — not what you think you “should” need.

Below is a simple way to feel your way into the right session.


BIO Sessions

Choose BIO if your body needs structure, grounding, or nervous‑system support.

BIO tones work directly with vibration and low‑frequency sound to help your system:

  1. settle
  2. regulate
  3. release tension
  4. shift out of overwhelm

Choose BIO when: You feel tired, stressed, overloaded, foggy, tight, or in need of a reset.


SOUL Sessions

Choose SOUL if you want a music‑based journey that meets you emotionally or energetically.

SOUL sessions are organized into levels:

  1. SOUL 1 — Rest & Regulate gentle, calming, grounding
  2. SOUL 2 — Feel & Flow emotional movement, creativity, meaning
  3. SOUL 3 — Expand & Journey deep insight, intuition, altered‑state spaciousness

Choose SOUL when: You want to feel, express, soften, open, or explore.



Personalized Sound Journey

If you’re not sure what you need — choose this.

You’ll complete a quick check‑in, and Brian will use the Body Health Analyzer (BHA) to understand your breath, stress patterns, and nervous‑system state. Your session is then chosen for you, based on what your body is asking for in that moment.

Choose Personalized when: You want the most accurate, supportive, and tailored experience — or when you simply don’t know what you need.
